From the Cone Zone to the Boardroom
Brittni began her career in traffic control over 14 years ago as a Traffic Control Person—the person working directly on the roadway, not just designing the plans behind the scenes. From there, she progressed into supervisory, inspection, training, compliance, and traffic management planning roles, contributing to major infrastructure, municipal, utility, and transportation projects throughout British Columbia before founding BPB Traffic Solutions.
BPB Traffic Solutions was established while Brittni was working as an independent contractor on the Trans Mountain Expansion Project—one of Canada's largest infrastructure projects—and later as a BCCSA Traffic Control Person Instructor. Those experiences highlighted the importance of practical, field-informed traffic management that supports both regulatory compliance and efficient project delivery.
Today, BPB Traffic Solutions combines extensive field experience with technical expertise to deliver permit-ready Traffic Control Plans, Traffic Management Plans, Category Assessments, Risk Assessments, and permit application support. Every plan is developed with a practical understanding of how work is performed in the field, helping clients move projects forward with confidence.

How We Work
BPB Traffic Solutions is owner-operated. When you work with BPB, you work directly with Brittni from start to finish. The person who provides your quote is the same person who develops your plans, communicates throughout the project, and coordinates delivery of your permit-ready package. When engineering review or sign-off is required, BPB works with an external licensed Professional Engineer.
Where We Work
Based in Maple Ridge, BPB Traffic Solutions provides services throughout British Columbia. Completed projects span the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, and the Interior, supporting municipal, utility, telecommunications, and infrastructure clients across the province.
